Order Processing.

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the shipoption. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses on the Island of Ireland. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Note: at this time AgriKids does not ship outside the Island of Ireland.  

SHIPPING COSTS

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours using An Post standard mail. Flat rate shipping fee of €3 applies to orders shipped locally.  

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard fee    €3.00

Over 500g         €6.20

3600g – 3999g    €25.00

4000g – 4599g    €30.00

4600g – 5000g     €35.00

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount and the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@agrikids.ie  with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.  

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
